Welcome to Spruce Home Partners. We are a veteran-owned Limited Liability Company (LLC) based in Washington state, located in the heart of Snohomish County. We are not a real estate agency. We invest in and resell homes to make home ownership possible for those who may have never thought it possible. We believe that home ownership is a force for good that strengthens families, communities and economies. Home ownership builds a sense of security, emotional well-being, and wealth through equity and appreciation. We want people to "own homes and be happy."
